Located in the middle of Altamont, Kansas, just down the block from Labette County High School, Altamont Grade School is ideal for families with students in both elementary and high school.

As a preschool through 8th grade building, our students build a strong sense of community with peers of all ages, not just those in their own grade. Activities like Eagle Families place one student from each grade into a group, where they work together on fun projects. This helps create a unified environment for learning, friendships, and lifelong connections.
